- An Introduction towards DCT to understand the main features, including legal requirements
- Needs Assessment to analyse work tasks and define learning requirements
- DCT Implementation Planning on how to prepare and conduct DCT
- Training Assessment to lead and participate in DCT program implementation review for companies and trainees to assess the need for future training.
The trainings are based on The Regional Standard for In-Company Trainers in ASEAN countries which was officially recognized by ASEAN Member States.
