About DCT Service Center
Our Youth, Our Future, It's My Business
The DCT Service Centre was established in 2020 in the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI). Based on the successful model of Dual Training in Germany, DCT is an innovative approach that combines school-based training in TVET institutions with workplace-based training and experience in companies.
The service centre provides tailor-made services to support businesses with the planning, organisation and implementation of DCT. Through this linkage, companies provide trainees with the opportunity to acquire technical skills, knowledge and the right work attitude on the job. As a result, they benefit from a better trained, productive and loyal workforce while reducing recruitment and induction costs.
