TVET Institutions
Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is understood as comprising education, training and skills development relating to a wide range of occupational fields, production, services and livelihoods.
Under the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES), there are currently 23 public and 65 private TVET institutions. Out of these, 6 public TVET institutions in the provinces of Champasak, Khammouane, Luang Prabang, Vientiane Capital and Vientiane Province have started to introduce various DCT courses since 2016.
